No Car in L.A.

My car rental ends tomorrow and I have no money. I could just pack and go back, but like I said, there is stuff I still need to do and I'm shooting for the next two weekends so I have to stay at least until the end of July.

These are the options:

1) Drive a yellow scooter of a friend of a guy who might be hitting on me (remember I'm a actress so I have at least one audition and/ or meeting everyday, so besides having to do my make-up and my hair and then wear a helmet, I also need to take a bag with three changes of clothes and my laptop and I live an hour away from Hollywood)

2) Have the guts to ask the Portuguese couple (who is letting me stay at their place for free and eat their homemade meals and won't accept any money to help with the utilities) if I can borrow their son's extremely carefully kept and beloved car

3) Rent the same old beaten up car for ten more days or two weeks, hide my pride once more, and ask my parents for money to eat and pay for gas

Any ideas?

well also FYI scooters dont mess up your hair and make up as much as you'd think they do! I'm surprised!

But yeah take matts car this Friday-Friday!!

Tens mais hipóteses, pedir dinheiro a um banco, podias ter pensado nisso, e não precisas assim de tanto.
Ser independente é uma coisa muito importante, é que depois ninguém te pode dizer absolutamente nada e sentes-te melhor contigo.

Pensar pensei...mas o que é que eu ia ter que falsificar então? Não lhes podia mostrar garantias nenhumas de que pagaria depois :| tenho que me informar melhor sobre essas coisas, mas conheço quem já tenha feito disso :P

Lá teve que ser a opção nº 2. Que apertos na barriga, que tensão no corpo, que horror estar a pedir favores destes :(

Os bancos emprestam, ou emprestavam, muito facilmente pouco dinheiro. Em Inglaterra é banal, estão sempre a mandar-me folhetos para empréstimos pequenos, e mesmo em Portugal, onde na conta só cai dinheiro quando venho de férias, fazem o mesmo, e até já me telefonaram com grande insistência para eu fazer um empréstimo até 15000 euros, e eu tive que os mandar à merda porque os gajos insistiam. Julgo que te emprestariam 1000 euros na boa.
