The Most Terrifying Thing in the World:

To be living in a house with no working oven. Horrible I tell you. Luckily, I have many friends who wouldn't mind using their oven/kitchen. Still, I want my own. So photo shoot tonight went super-awesomely. (If I'm allowed to use that as a hyphonated word) I'm pretty sure everyone's pictures are going to come out wonderful. It was a lot of fun, the make-up artist (I think at least, probably because he put barely any make-up on, and make-up isn't my best friend in the world) did a great job, and his friedn was rather attractive. Always a plus.

I'm really excited to start making my pietes (pites? I'm still trying to figure out the best way to combine 'pie bites'). I think if I can get the price of each down to 20-25 cents, I can sell them for 50 cents and make a good profit. They're mini pies (mini tarts I guess) that are perfectly bite-sized. Great for if you just want a bite of different types of pies!
'Because sometimes, you just want a little pite!"

I just need a good business partner that can help me more with the business side, because I want to focus on getting the flavors and prices and healthy-ness to maximum efficiency. I think focusing on health/low calorie will be what I have to do in order to get the biggest client-base.

I'm so excited!

That's a cool idea Katie! So the word is like pie bites? pites? Sounds yum, let me know if you have any business questions and maybe I can help out a bit, like with writing the business plan or setting out a pricing plan.
