Sometimes, I like being not ugly

I walked down the street to post my car payment (a painful experience, each and every month) with 3 dollars in my pocket and ice cream on my mind. Unfortunately, the liquor store's selection of ice cream seemed slightly old (as in, I'm not sure they even make some of that stuff anymore). So I crossed the street to this little tiny mexican restaurant (of which there are as many as there are liquor stores in my area. I.e. a shitton). It had an "A" rating, so no worries there. Instead of getting one taco and a cup of horchata, I got 3 tacos and a bucket of horchata! I love horchata, and this stuff has got to be some of the greatest I've ever tasted. And the asada tacos...delicious. Part of me thinks it's because he couldn't understand a word I was saying, but 3 dollars is three dollars, and I still got a whole lot more than I paid for. Yey for language barriers!

Ich konnte nicht was Ich spreche! Bitteschon." (Se esta ^ es muy imperfecto, lo siento a las personas hablan espanol, und bitteschon Deutchlanders.)

It's a good thing I know what that says...

On another note: Downtown Pasadena sucks when it comes to parking. Even if you work there you have to pay! Bullshit I say.

I dont know what that spanish says! But that's good because it means you're learning or you're just writing random words in spanish that don't make sense in an effort to tell people that you are learning.....
