And one week later

Time goes by so much faster now... It seems like you look forward to something, it happens, you're disappointed, and life moves on. As mama always said "life's a bitch, you complain, then you die." Hmm...not nearly as poetic as the geniuses behind Forrest Gump, but they had a budget to work with.

My computer has some sort of "Trojan Horse" type of virus and I'm attempting to get rid of it. Only computers and I ... well, lets just say we usually avoid each other at parties; saying "oh shit why'd she show up?" It's kind of funny.

Good thing ovens were invented before computers. Take that people-who-work-with-computers! My career's been around longer than yours!
I wonder if that makes prostitutes proud of their profession...

And that is how my mind wanders from topic to topic.

And on a completely separate note: I've reached a point in my appetite where anything even remotely involving sugar repulses me. My chef instructor today tried to get us all to sample orangettes vs. Trader Joe's chocolate covered orange dealies. At 8:30 in the morning. Needless to say, I couldn't do it. I'm kind of scared if that means I have some sort of diabetes or something, but that's just the hypochondriac in me. I'm sure it's just the over-saturation of carbohydrates.

I miss steak.

I don't think that you have diabetes I think you are around it all the time and therefore have lost your taste for it temporarily!

I also enjoyed how your wrote that you missed steak and then you came home with steak

yay for setting up a goal and accomplishing it!
