Ahh the spoils of boxing day
So I accidentally got rather drunk at Boxing Day. Oops... First time ever being drunk in front of parents. Definitely a strange experience...and one I think I'll not repeat. I completely forgot how much vodka dad puts in his banana banshees. But they're so yummy 'cause they taste like delicious and not like alcohol!
I haven't felt this hungover in quite a while.
But I did get some cool stuff! Like a steamer and a crock pot! The rest of it is ... well...boxing day shit. Fun times.
And in other news UGO has decided to save even more money by cutting my hours. Which doesn't save them much seeing as I only work 8 days a month... well, not anymore. On the one hand I need the money, but having every other Saturday off is going to be WONDERFUL. It'll make it so much easier to get through life knowing I have days off to look forward to.
Still, I'm seriously worried about the state of that business. I'm afraid it's not going to make it, which means a lot of people I know are going to be out of a job. On that note, I'm worried about this whole fucking economy. But that's old news.
Isn't that sad how I can say 'that's old news' to the continuing recession that's quickly spiraling into a severe depression? We're living in such bad times right now...But it'll get better! Yey for inaugurations!

Well... here we don't have Boxing day either. The one I really wish we had is St. Patrick's day, then I wouldn't have to worry about inviting everybody out to celebrate my b-day cause everyone would go out anyway, like you guys do.

yay days off! That means more fun trips of taking a subway into hollywood in skirts! and spending too much money at an overly priced bar....wait. Scratch the second part!!!
