My hands are clean!
Of the old apartment. Yey!!
I shall get my hair cut to commemorate this momentous day. It'll be super short so my blonde routes and black tips will look more like it's supposed to be that way instead of looking like I'm just lazy/broke.
...Maybe...
I love going to parties where I don't know anyone, then meeting awesome people. I talked to this one girl for a long time who re-convinced me that Seattle is a wonderful city for food. Especially if you like organic food and want to follow that route (which I do. Because hippies are fast becoming my friends). So I am now, once again, sure that I want to live in Seattle at some point for at least a year or so. Yey direction!
Another thing I love: people who love food. My favorite thing in the world is to talk about menus and bounce ideas off other people who are as enthusiastic as I.
Recipe time!!!
Super awesome hamburgers:
-Ground beef (preferable lean because it's better) mixed with salt, pepper, steak seasoning, 1 egg, bread crumbs and parmeasan cheese (or not if you don't have the ingredients. I just like to add stuff to my meat). now take a golf-ball sized ball and flatten out into a fairly thin disk, about the size of a very large persons palm. You're going to have to make two of these disks per person, so think about how much the people you're feeding can eat and size the patties accordingly.
-enough cream cheese to make a 1.5" disk for every two ground beef patties. Mix in some salt, pepper, herbs (to be super vague).
-encase the cream cheese in the patties and grill.
-saute up some peppers and onions
-now get the rest of whatever you feel like putting on your hamburger and put it all together into one fantastic, orgasmic experience.
Mmmm....summer...

July = awesome
So here's July. I am having incredible amounts of fun! Including multiple beach days, multiple nothing days, and as few days as possible in the old apartment (which was lonely and scary and not too happy to come back to after being in San Diego for nearly 2 weeks straight). Let's just say that I'm extremely excited to be moving out of that apartment. I'm moving back in with my parents for a while, to get a new job(s) and to save up money so I can get my own apartment sometime after octoberish. That will be awesome. That's the plan, at least, but it is, of course, flexible. (Do you like how jilted and non-flowy that last sentence is? 'cause I do.)
So cleaning the old apartment means I have interesting bruises and spackle on my fingernails.
I'm excited for my new job I'll be getting this month! It hasn't happened, nor do I have prospects yet, but I know I'm hire-able and have a good amount of experience (compared to last year).
Everythings better than last year. Yey!
